One email address, read 9am-9pm UK time. No telephone line, no live chat window with nobody behind it, and no ticket portal to sign into. Write to us and a person reads it.
[email protected] What to include
- Read 9am-9pm UK time
- We never ask for your Instagram password
- One address for orders, refills and refunds
- A person reads every message
That address is the whole of our support. It is where order problems, refill requests, refund questions and anything else should go. If you have an order reference from your receipt, put it in the subject line and you will save yourself a reply asking for it.
What to include so we can answer first time
Nearly every slow answer is caused by a message that is missing one of these. Six lines is plenty.
- The order reference from your receipt. This is the single most useful line in the message. Everything on our side - the order, the delivery, the refill window - is looked up by that reference, and without it we are searching by guesswork.
- The username or post link the order was placed against. Exactly as you typed it, including any typo, because a typo is often the answer.
- Which service and how many. Followers, likes, saves, shares, reposts, reel views or story views, and the quantity you ordered.
- What you expected and what you actually saw. A count that did not move, a count that moved and then fell back, a delivery that stopped part-way - these are different problems with different answers.
- When you paid, and the PayPal transaction ID if you have it. Useful when a payment went through but no order appeared.
- Whether the account was public the whole time. A private account cannot receive followers or views, so an order placed against one simply sits there until the account is public again.
What you do not need to send: your Instagram password, a screenshot of your inbox, your date of birth, or any payment card detail. If a message asks you for those, it did not come from us.
How quickly you will hear back
We are not going to publish an average response time, because we do not measure one you could hold us to, and a figure invented for a page like this is worth precisely nothing to you at the moment you need help.
What we will commit to is simpler and checkable. The mailbox is read through the whole support window, 9am-9pm UK time, and messages are answered in the order they arrive. Anything that lands outside those hours is picked up when the window next opens. If a full support day passes and you have heard nothing at all, assume the message did not reach us - send it again rather than waiting, and check your spam folder for our reply while you are there.
If your order is genuinely stuck rather than merely slow, say so in the subject line. Delivery starts within minutes and orders complete within 0-24 hours, so an order that has done nothing for several hours is worth writing about; an order that is halfway through and still moving usually is not.
One more thing worth knowing before you write: if something has gone wrong with a payment, email us before opening a PayPal dispute. A dispute freezes the transaction for both sides and takes considerably longer than a reply from us would have.
We will never ask you for your Instagram password
We never ask for your Instagram password - not on the order form, not by email, not if you write to us first, and not if somebody claiming to be our support team asks you for it. There is no situation in which our support needs it, because we never log into your account. Everything is delivered from outside, which is why a username or a post link is all we ever ask for.
If you receive a message asking for an Instagram password, a login code, a two-factor code or a payment card number in our name, it is not from us. Do not reply to it, and if you want it checked, forward it to [email protected].
Send us a message
This form opens your own email application with the message ready to send. Nothing is submitted to this website and nothing is stored here, so if you would rather write to [email protected] directly, that reaches exactly the same mailbox.
Things we cannot help with
Being straight about this saves you writing an email that has no useful answer at the other end.
- Recovering, unlocking or appealing an Instagram account. We have no relationship with Instagram and no channel into it. Their own help centre is the only route.
- Removing followers, likes or views once delivered. A delivery cannot be reversed, which is why the username and the post link are worth reading twice before paying.
- An order placed with a different company. There are several similarly named services in this market. Check the address on your receipt before writing to us.
- Advice on whether to buy engagement at all. We will answer factual questions about what we deliver and how, but we are the wrong people to ask whether it is a good idea for your account - we are hardly neutral.
Anything about pricing, delivery, refills, refunds or a stuck order is squarely ours, and those are the messages we answer fastest. Several of the most common questions are already answered in writing, which is usually quicker than waiting for a reply.

Nothing wrong, just want to order
The order form is on the home page. Pick a service, paste your username or a post link, and pay with PayPal. Delivery starts within minutes, and this address is here 9am-9pm UK time if anything looks off.
