Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and InstaBoostNow, the operator of instaboostnow.com. They apply every time you place an order on this site. If you do not accept them, do not place an order.

You must be at least 18 to buy from us, and the account you are ordering for must be one you own or have permission to work on.

What you are buying

You are buying engagement delivered to a public Instagram account. What that means in practice is a number going up: a follower count, a like count, a view count. It is not advertising, it is not marketing advice, and it is not an audience that will read your captions or buy from you. We say the same thing on the front page, because a service sold on a promise it cannot keep is the main problem in this market.

Each service has its own minimum order and its own published price, both shown in the order form. The services we sell are listed there in full.

What you have to give us

Two things, and only two: the service and amount you want, and the Instagram username or the link to the exact post, reel or story the order is for.

We never ask for your Instagram password. We never log into your account, nothing is posted from it, there is no app to install and there is no permission to grant. Anyone in this market who asks for your password is asking for something they do not need, and you should refuse.

• followers go to your username or your profile link.
• likes, reel views, saves, shares and reposts need the link to that exact post or reel.
• story views need your username while the story is still live.

We check the format of the link before the payment is created, so an obvious typo is caught before money moves. That check cannot tell whether the account is yours.

Your account has to be public

While an order is running, the account has to be public. A private account cannot receive followers or views: the order simply sits there and nothing arrives. You can set the account back to private once the order has completed, but anything that drops afterwards is not covered by the refill, because we can no longer see it or replace it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and cover everything. There is no sign-up fee, no subscription and no charge that turns up later. VAT is not applicable - InstaBoost is not VAT-registered.

Pay securely with PayPal. Payment happens on PayPal's own screens, so we never see your card details and never hold them. The total shown on the order form is the amount PayPal charges: the page and the server work the price out with the same code, and a check runs before every release that recomputes every price on the site and blocks the release if one has drifted by a penny.

We can change published prices at any time. A change never affects an order you have already paid for.

Delivery

Delivery starts within minutes. Orders complete within 0-24 hours. A large order takes longer than a small one, because delivery is spread out rather than dropped in one go.

We place your order with a third-party supply panel. That is how this market works and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What it means for you is that the delivery window is a realistic expectation rather than something we can enforce minute by minute. If a supplier is slow we chase it, and if an order cannot be delivered we refund it.

Your receipt carries an order reference. Keep it, because that reference is what any refill, refund or support request is looked up by.

Refills

30-day refill on followers orders. If the count falls below the number we delivered and you tell us within 30 days of the order completing, we top it back up.

The limits, stated plainly rather than buried:

• It covers followers only. It does not apply to likes, reel views, story views, saves, shares and reposts.
• It ends 30 days after the order completes. After that it has expired.
• It replaces the shortfall against the number we delivered. It is not a top-up to a figure you would like to reach.
• It does not cover a drop caused by the account being set to private, the username being changed, or Instagram taking action on the account.

If the link is wrong, or the account is private

Check the username or the post link before you pay. A link that is valid but belongs to somebody else will pass our format check, because no check can tell whose account it is.

• If you spot the mistake before the order has been sent to the supply panel, email us straight away and we will change it or refund you. That window is short, so speed matters more than a long explanation.
• Once a delivery has gone to the wrong account it cannot be pulled back, by us, by the supplier or by Instagram. That is not a defect in the service and it is not refundable. We would rather say so here than argue about it afterwards.
• If the account is private when the order starts, nothing can be delivered, and we refund you in full. If it goes private part-way through, make it public and email us the order reference and we restart what is left, or we refund the part that did not arrive.

What you must not use this service for

Do not order:

• for an account you do not own and have no permission to work on;
• for an account belonging to a child, or aimed at children;
• to make an account look established so you can mislead somebody, whether that is an advertiser, a sponsor, a buyer or a platform;
• alongside content that is illegal, that harasses or impersonates a real person, or that Instagram's own rules forbid;
• to bury, attack or manipulate somebody else's account.

We can refuse or cancel any order and refund it if we believe it falls into one of those. A refusal is not a judgement on what you post; it means we are not prepared to be part of it.

What we do not promise

We are careful here, because the promises are where this market goes wrong.

• We do not promise that the accounts behind the delivery are people rather than automated accounts. Nobody selling this can honestly promise that, whatever badge is on their homepage.
• We do not promise engagement, comments, reach, sales or growth. A count is a signal, not an audience.
• We do not promise that Instagram will leave everything delivered in place. The refill exists precisely because some of it usually goes.
• We do not promise anything about what Instagram does to your account. Never touching your login removes the single biggest risk in this market, but it does not remove every risk, and anybody telling you otherwise is guessing.

Our liability to you

If we get something wrong, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or knock-on losses: lost sales, a lost sponsorship, lost profit, or the value somebody else places on your account.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and liability for fraud. If you are buying as a consumer, nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Changing your mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to change your mind about a service bought online. Because delivery here begins almost immediately, by placing an order you are asking us to start straight away and accepting that once an order has been delivered in full you can no longer cancel it under those regulations. If you cancel while an order is part-delivered, we refund the part that has not been delivered.

We are not connected to Instagram or Meta

InstaBoostNow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms, or any company in that group. Instagram and Meta are trade marks of their owners and are used on this site only to describe what the service is for. Nothing here should be read as Instagram or Meta approving, checking or supporting this service.

Changes to these terms

We can change these terms. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order, which is why the date at the top of the page is the one that matters.

Which law applies

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over them. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
