How the in-between amounts are priced
Those rows are the anchor packages. Anything between two of them is priced on a straight line between its neighbours and rounded to whole pence, so 1,500 views cost £2.82 - sitting between the 1,000 and 2,500 rows. Nothing is rounded up in our favour.
The rate per thousand falls from £3.16 at the smallest package to £1.30 at 50,000, and above 50,000 that top rate simply carries on, so a bigger order is never quietly repriced upwards.

How delivery works
Delivery starts within minutes. Orders complete within 0-24 hours. View counts generally move faster than follower counts do, but the window on your receipt is the one we stand behind rather than the best case we have seen.
A large order is spread across the window rather than dropped in one go. If you have just posted the reel, that spread is usually what you want anyway - a count that climbs looks ordinary, and a count that appears whole in one minute does not.
Keep the reference from your PayPal receipt. Support is by email, 9am-9pm UK time, and quoting the reference turns a long exchange into a short one. If nothing has moved after a few hours, email before opening a dispute: a stalled order is almost always a private account or a link to the wrong reel.
There is no refill on reel views
30-day refill on followers orders - followers only. This service has none, and the plain version is short:
- If the view count settles lower later, it is not topped back up.
- There is no claim window, because there is no claim to make.
- If we cannot deliver the order at all, we refund it in full. That part does apply here.
If drop protection matters more to you than price, followers are the service that carries the 30-day refill. Selling you a refill on views that we could not honour would be worse than charging more for them.

Does the reel have to stay public?
Yes, for the whole of the delivery. A reel on a private account cannot receive views, and archiving or deleting it mid-order stops the delivery with nowhere left to send it.
Views already delivered go with the reel if you take it down. That is not recoverable, so leave it up until the order shows as complete.
